How do I place an order?

You can either place an order through the online shop on this website or visit us in Burnham Deepdale at our shop in Dalegate Market.

 

Will my item be in stock?

 

We try to have all items in stock at all times but unfortunately sometimes we sell out and have to make a next batch. If you have placed an order online we will dispatch the order as soon as it is ready, normally the next working day. If you have placed an order over the weekend, it will be dispatched or made on the following Monday.

Payment and Shipping

 

We offer two delivery options when purchasing online

 

Second class will be delivered between 3- 5 business days, however there is  no insurance with this option. Driftwood Glass Studio will not be liable if the items arrive broken. 

 

Special delivery will be delivered within 2 business days. The parcel will be insured to the amount that the order costs and will be covered.

 

We will package the item exactly the same no matter which delivery option you decide to choose.

Unique Glass

 

All of our glass is made by hand so every piece will differ slightly from the photos making each one unique!

Glass Class Vouchers

 

Glass class vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. To avoid disappointment we recommend you book your glass class as soon as you receive it as a gift. We are a working studio and work via diary entry on a first come first serve basis. Once the date has been booked, that date is held for that individual or group. We book up extremely quickly in school holidays and weekends so cannot stress enough to book ahead (its never too early!). We ARE still doing our glass classes with all the Government guidance on Covid 19, so unless a local lockdown is in situ, our classes ARE available and ARE going ahead. We cannot accept any vouchers that are out of date after they have expired.
